1. Credits purchases
Credits purchased are generally non-refundable once used. If a technical issue prevents using credits, contact support and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
2. Premium file downloads
Once a file has been downloaded, refunds are typically not possible. If you received a corrupted or incorrect file, contact us with your order details.
3. Service orders
For remote services that could not be completed due to our side, a partial or full credit refund may be offered.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support with your account email, order ID, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
